These guys charge to much for parts and labor. I paid over $600 for a $2 part that I could have bought at Walmart. Stay away. Avoid.
Does not keep adequate inventory of parts for large format printers (Oce branded) to perform repairs. Canon Solutions America maintenance contract should ensure the constomer is able to service its constomers with little down time. I have been without usable equipment for 7 days with no repair date in site due to parts availability. Canon is offering no additional alternatives. Beware!
