I purchased a Canon Maxify MB2720 this printer is completely garbage. This is my second replacement. When I talked to the customer representative she was very dismissive as if she's frustrated about their products as well. I thought HP was bad I owe them an apology. Then Canon refuse to send me a replacement because this is the second one. I advised them if they stop making junk customers won't complain.
The lady that answers the phone is rude and don’t like black people i wish i can give 0 stars i tried to ask for a supervisor plenty of times and she keeps hanging up on me! So I’m taking matters in my own hands
