Absolutely ridiculous. I send my R5C off to get the shutter fixed. It cost me $800 then they send me another estimate for an additional $3000. So almost $4000 to fix my R5C when it’s only $3000 brand new. What kind of rip off is going on here at Canon. I have been a long time Canon photographer and after this experience I can say I will be selling and no longer supporting canon cameras. Not that they even care but figured I’d share anyway.

Worst Customer Service I have EVER experienced. I work at a busy office where we are frequently having problems with our Canon and need to place service requests. Every time we call, they claim to have a "4 hour response time." We have NEVER received service within four hours. We are lucky if we receive service in three days. We call frequently to check in and representatives on the phone are never helpful. We are terminating our contract with them at the end of the month and could not be happier.

CSA has been a great company to work with. Their hardware has been very reliable, the service good and the sales team is on top of anything we bring to them.
