Insightful and honest diagnosis of the car’s problems. The personnel were polite, professional, and were problem solvers. They provided my daughter a “loaner” while they kept her car overnight. Who does that any more?!? And finally, they brought this repair project in under budget. My daughter is a single mom with 3 kids, so their “loaner,” kindness, and low price were truly appreciated!
The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They presented options without pressure and recommendations that fit my needs. Cost for servicing and repair seemed very fair. Also provided me with a loaner vehicle while mine was being serviced. I was very happy with the service and will be bringing my car in for maintenance as well from now on.
These guys are great! We were referred by a friend, who told us that these are the only guys he trusts to work on his car. They were very thorough, saved us a good amount on our suspension by thinking outside the box. They are now the only ones we will bring our GMC truck to in the future.
I've taken my old truck in for repair twice recently for brake line work, water pump replacement, fan pulley replacement, belts, oil change, and etc. Both times Tony was extremely helpful, courteous, as well as patient with my many questions. We have a 2006 Ford Expedition that had been having a misfire issue lately. I used my OBD tester and found out it was missing on cylinders 5&6. I looked into new plugs and coil packs and discovered that these Expeditions have issues with spark plugs seizing in the cylinder due to carbon. Not wanting to risk breaking the plugs off in the engine I started looking around for a shop.
