Called to schedule an apt. for my two children. I was being helped, and being processed as a new patient, until they found out the kids have medicaid as insurance, and then all of a sudden they are not taking new patients. Let me say this, my children have medicaid because they were special needs adoptions from DHS, not because we are on any sort of social service wellfare. I work f.t. and have full coverage insurance.
