We had Canon Electric come out and install an outdoor plug, a special plug for our pool heater, connect our pool pump, and bind our pool. They did an awesome job! We couldn't be more happy with their professionalism, knowledge, and overall kindness. They showed up on time and told us when they were going to lunch. They responded with "yes, ma'am" and removed their shoes every time they entered our home. They were also very reasonably priced and we will use them for any other electrical needs in the future!

Mel has been to our residence twice and has done great work. We live in an old house with an apparent mix of old/new and professional/homebrew wiring. The cost of the work was very reasonable.
After a central air conditioner repair, the main breaker for the outside unit kept tripping on start-up. The AC repair folks traced the situation back to the fuse box and suggested I call an electrician. There being several electricians in Gretna, I consulted a friend who then suggested Mel at Canon, having recently hired him to do electrical work in his home and was very pleased with his work and prices. I would recommend this company. They did work on a kitchen remodel. They showed up when they said they would, did the work in a courteous professional manner and worked well with the other contractors. They did the work for the price quoted in the bid I received before work started. A few extras were added in the middle of the remodel and they did the extra work at the price quoted before doing the additional work.
