There are shootings in this complex, a lot of car break-ins that people feel safer to park their cars on the street versus the ample parking lot space inside the so-called 'gated community'. Look closer on the surrounding parameters and you will see a lot of broken bar fence grills where people (tenants and non-tenants) can go in and out of the apartment complex without having to go through the gates. This place is horrible. Not only have they gone thru new mange mentioned 6 times or more in the last 5 years but the management they do hire are incompetent. Losing paperwork that you turn in or failing to enter it in so you are forced to redo it or get an eviction notice. If you have visitors and are outside talking they tell you to stop loitering. I Love Canon De Arrowhead i have lived here since Oct and i love this place the staff is amazing always very helpful! Janice is always understanding, Antionette is so kind she always hold the door open for my wheel chair. Arain is such a joy to be around always smiling! these ladies are so helpful. the Maintenance men are hard working always go go go! I have been living at this place now for two yrs. When I first moved it they had one leasing girl and a property manager with one maintenance man. Let me tell you there were awesome and got things done around here. Now that the complex is managed by a new company we have new girls in a office like five or six and now four maintenance men. They are rude and very disrespectful and they do not do their job! Been waiting five months on a work order to get completed to have my windows fixed.. Hello All, Canon de Arrowhead has recently gone through a major staffing change. It is our goal to do whatever we can in order to provide the best services for our residents. I do not recommend it here neighbors are loud at all hours of the night maintenance never gets around to fixing things trash everywhere and seems like there is a fire here month because the alarm goes off so much and a possible meth lab exploded a few days ago here I'm glad my lease is up soon
Dont live here!! 3 women in office are rude unhelpful and mess up all paperwork matience is lazy and never shows up people who live n this community r ghetto children running all over at all times of day unsupervised and the cops r called out a least once a day over child abuse shootings etc. also bugs crockroaches spiders and crickets
