Quiet, clean residential area in a small town. Perfect for an older couple or family, even a single person home.
Poor management. They let drug dealers to live here and hassle the other tenants. I wouldn't recommend living here cuz they hassle you for weeds but won't keep up the empty lots. Very unsafe neighborhood. The staff (only one) don't care about the community or the people living here. I have lived here for 25 years and am disabled and get treated like I'm a hassle. If I could move I would.
