Called to see what I could do about a multifunction printer purchased in Nov 2024 as Officeworks were less than helpful. Great service help if I was a Filipino in the Philippines, not so much if you're Australian wanting help. Won't be buying Canon again anytime soon. Pays to enquire if services are local in future.
Worst printer I have ever owned
I rang to speak to a technician about connection of my printer.
Terrible service. I rang to check if they had stock at one of their stores annd they were no help.
