I scheduled a twice-yearly cleaning. The scheduling was easy, and the instructions were very clear. I was given a 2hr time window the night before, and it moved a little earlier in the day by the next morning. The cleaner was very nice and did a super thorough job cleaning our 3 bins. I loved watching him use the giant steam cleaner / pressure washer. I highly recommend this service!

I do one-off cleaning of my bins once annually after “plumageddon”, the time of year when our big plum tree rains plums onto our backyard. It’s been super easy to work with them; just leave your bins out the day they come (which conveniently is the day after trash day) and it’s all done. Thanks y’all!
They are a bit weird, sending you aggressive “reminders“ that have threats embedded but are intentionally sent from “no reply” email addresses to make sure you understand how little they care about helping you. The system requires you to leave your cans out which invites passers by to throw stuff out in them, then they threaten to fine you if the can, which they require to be left out, has contents. They haven’t actually gotten a charge back from me by trying to self help themselves to such a “fine”, but I’ve been threatened... read more
