We had a very disappointing experience with Canobolas Marine Centre & Jayco in Orange on 13th January 2025. We contacted them to see if they could replace the washing machine in our Regent Caravan within the 5 working days we would be in town. The lady at the service desk initially told us they only service Jayco caravans, but I suggested she check with someone else, as our caravan model is one of the easier ones to work with when it comes to removing and replacing the washing machine. They where easy to deal with and shipped a foil board to QLD. They've also provided advice on a Mackay Ski Boat trailer too via social media. Highly recommend them and 1000% recommended a Mackay Ski Boat trail vs Easytow its like chalk and cheese quickly is far superior with Mackay.
Purchased a Renegade 420 and cannot fault the service in any way . Lee was great to deal with, not pushy and completely honest. On boat pick-up Lee introduced me to the mechanic Mick who explained in detail the running of the boat. Both Lee and Mick were fantastic to deal with and would highly recommend Canobolas Marine to anyone.
