My final experience Nic was bad. After paying Nic in full, I learned that he hadn't paid his workers. I called Nic repeatedly to find out why he wasn't making payment, even though Nic had been paid. He didn't have an explanation and never paid the laborers on my job. This is extremely unprofessional.
Hired Nic to do extensive work on my home. Nic disappeared for 2 months with the job incomplete and refused to return calls texts emails and even personal visits to his home. He finally agreed to complete the work after I had gotten a lawyer involved. Once I was still not satisfied with the work, I called him and he actually yelled at me, saying I was asking for too much.
