There should be an option for no stars. I reached out to this company for quotes on projects around my home. Jose Cano responded and came out. We discussed the various projects and where we would start first. We set up a time for the lawn to be cut by his brother, but then the storms came through so I canceled that appointment and asked to reschedule it. I have never heard back from them again.
