Waited an hour and 20 mins past our appointment. Needless to say we were upset. We voiced that concern with no apology. We asked why we weren’t called to arrive later. With that, Rhonda Cano packed up our paperwork and said, “this isn’t going to work with you.” What?!?! After waiting an hour 20?? “It’s April 12!” she said. “April 12!” as if we didn’t have an appt that we’d made in advance.
