I am very fortunate to be a patient Dr Jaime Esquivel, he is very thorough, emparhetic, caring and goes out of his way ti do researxh on issues thar the patienr is concern abiut to set me at ease. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of support and communication from this office. I left my FMLA paperwork with them last Tuesday, only to be told afterward that the doctor has up to 14 days to complete it, with no proactive updates or urgency despite the time-sensitive nature of FMLA. In addition, they did not assist in helping my father find a psychiatrist to properly diagnose dementia, which delayed necessary care.
