My prosthetic place has sent 7 faxes since the beginning of October for the doctor to sign so I can get a new prosthetic leg. Still no answer. Havent gotten a wheelchair either thst they said they ordered. When I call the Dr office they say they haven't gotten the faxes. What a joke! Thought these doctors were supposed to help.
If you have a senior adult who needs a doctor, this is the place to go. The service is outstanding. Princess recommended me and I can’t thank her enough. Center Well accepted my mom’s Tricare Insurance and treated her kind. She was seen right on time and the PA Mr. Sanchez was super thorough. Thank you Princess!!!
I took my dad to get a blood draw at Centerwell on Ed Carey in Harlingen. Nurse Irma couldn't draw on one arm and when she moved on to the other, I saw that she was wearing only 1 glove. When she couldn't draw from the other arm she picked up some papers that were on the table next to her and gave them to me. It was an order to get labs done at another location.
