My husband has a standing order for getting bloodwork, he received emails, and Text alerts as reminders. Come this morning, after confirming twice-that he would be there, and then driving 25 minutes he is told on arrival that his doctor has retired, and HE needs to call his insurance company to see if getting his blood work will be covered. Dr Gonzalez is wonderful.
My prosthetic place has sent 7 faxes since the beginning of October for the doctor to sign so I can get a new prosthetic leg. Still no answer. Havent gotten a wheelchair either thst they said they ordered. When I call the Dr office they say they haven't gotten the faxes. What a joke! Thought these doctors were supposed to help.
If you have a senior adult who needs a doctor, this is the place to go. The service is outstanding. Princess recommended me and I can’t thank her enough. Center Well accepted my mom’s Tricare Insurance and treated her kind. She was seen right on time and the PA Mr. Sanchez was super thorough. Thank you Princess!!!
