I'm on the phone trying to set up an appointment for my father that he us sick need to see the doctor Perez and one hour now that I'm on line and no one but no one answered the phone this is not right what kind of medical clinic is this just easy money is what I can think getting the money from all this insurance and not giving the care that they really need SMH
I been calling for a week leaving message to Dr. Perez I'm supposed to get a MRI DONE in AKUIMIN and they emailed the Dr office 9 time requesting Clinique note and no-one has answer they email this is so unprofessional is aggravating thinking of changing my Dr this is unacceptable this office has to do better . get 000000000 stars

The front staff sit around and read books all day, great job if you can get it. They have no idea how to do a referral or even try. I switched to them last week and am looking for a new primary care. Oh, no way to contact anyone
