The injections work! I'm getting good results and fewer allergy symptoms. In addition, the office is run professionally and efficiently, and all staff members are pleasant. Over the course of a year visiting this office, I have never waited more than a few minutes for an injection, and the injections have been effective. This office is run professionally and efficiently, and all staff members are pleasant except for one, which is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. Over the course of a year visiting this office, I have never waited more than a few minutes for an injection, and the injections have been effective. My only complaint is how painful their injections are. I've receiving allergy shots for the past 12 years and have never experienced this level of discomfort before.
Office staff and nurse were fantastic. Dr. himself was very dismissive. I was not told there would be not 1 but 2 students during my appointment and he talked to them the entire time. My questions and explaining things to me, was a complete after thought. He spent a lot of time talking in jargon and telling medical stories to the students, for example about peanut allergies when that had nothing to do with my symptoms.
