Im waiting for one an a half hr on the phone no one answering? If it than I don't trust them
Don't. Go. Run! They're closing... and no wonder. I waited 45 minutes (total). I called initially...i was #2... then #1... after 7 minutes the phone picked up,.. no one, I'm on hold... no voice. After 10 minutes, i calledAfter 20 minutes, I drove 20 minutes to the office, during which time, the call dropped ... I redialed... I'm number 23! I drove to the place, fuming! My five starts is for Assistant Mrs Ruth she is very Professional, she is a natural Kindness, respect and consideration toward his patients that comes thru in the chair side manner.
Phone issues? After the automated process and wait, sounds like someone is just picking up on mute and letting you hang (towards the end of their day). Repeated the process for the same results. I'll try again tomorrow and update if need be, otherwise they're not reliable and some staff might possibly have bad work ethics. If you see no change to this review.. then maybe.
Dental assistant Ruth is a pleasure. Caring and professional. Dr. Milanes has a great team supporting him.
