I find it funny after a patient wrote in about how horrible the front desk girl was that all of a sudden we see people writing reviews just to mention how great she is. She isn't. If your going to write fake reviews at least use names of different origin otherwise it makes it either quite obvious they are fake or quite obvious that she is only personable to Spanish people. This was the worst experience ever!! The girl at the front dental check-in desk seems to not really like her job, her demeanor is horrible. I arrived for my scheduled appointment and she advised that she doesn’t see an appointment for me. This is my second appointment that I’ve made here and there has been issues. She basically ignored me, started another conversation with her coworker, and just gave me an appointment card another appointment. She could care less! I WILL NEVER come here again!!
