I knew something was wrong when all the "doctor" asked is how I was feeling. I explained I had eating, sleeping, depression, anxiety and chronic pain disorders. But BUYER BEWARE! In order to get any medicinal support with THC, you need a psychiatrist recommendation (another $750, if and when they can even see you and approve). As clearly stated by other customers, the customer service is rubbish. Don't be fooled by cheap prices. Pay peanuts, get monkeys. You would rather either not waste your money, or pay extra and go somewhere else and actually get what you're after.
Despite the marketing fluff and hype, these guys are rather amateurish in their entire dealings with customers. Despite the to be expected delays, what is going on with my order, is unacceptable. Promised follow up/return calls are not made, their customer support is incapable of providing the most basic information in regards to where a shipment is, after 11 (ELEVEN) days. Although the TGA approval gets done in 24 hrs in some cases. But getting the prescription takes too long. I was told 7 days, but that’s another 7 days in pain mind you!!! Well 7 days is up and nothing? Waiting for a phone call to say it’s ready to be picked up.
