Brought in a lawn tractor for a standard service. They charged me 80 bucks to look up part numbers for extra things (that I didn't ask for). I get the "hey we recommend" part.. but charging to look up part numbers is insane. Haven't been back since.. and I steer my neighbors elsewhere.
I have absolutely nothing bad to say about cans-bilco they know their equipment, they are reasonable in pricing (although everything is expensive nowadays) they can get almost any part you need for your power equipment and the staff is polite and courteous! Still my go to place for parts for my equipment!

Needed a part and they had it in stock. Came back and ended buying a new zero turn mower! Could resist the zero percent interest! Wouldn’t have bought anything if it wasn’t for the super informative sales rep. Already told my friends and family to shop there
