Fire at Cannova's – Great food, unfortunetly there was a fire there last evening,3-9-12 and they are now closed.
Beware if you question your bill – I got cursed out by Linda Cannova-Beckman, the owner of Cannova's for questioning my bill. I was charged a full order instead of the small...no big deal, mistakes happen. Well Linda was very rude and ended up calling me several viscous names. I said something like I can't believe you, being the owner are so rude and she said "Yes I am the owner and I can't believe you are going to fuss over $2!” It was really $4 but does it matter when you’re getting yelled at? This is my favorite for pizza in Freeport. Good crust.
Phenomenal! – The food is absolutely incredible! We don't get out much--usually just birthdays and anniversary, but when we do, it is ALWAYS to Cannova's.
