The new owners are awesome! Courtney is wonderful with customer service and relaying information from her husband whom is busy working in the workshop I forgot his name. Serviced our Hilux’s and suspension issues and worked in with the aircon guy next door. I highly recommend.
Was camping at the Big 4 next door called up about needing my fan belts replaced as I was travelling with my family from up north and was leaving before the end of the week. Quickly booked me in the same day and the team got it done. Also, cleanest mechanic shop I’ve ever seen. Hopefully I won’t be requiring their services on the road but will definitely be going back if I’m ever in need and in the area.
Courtney was so accomodating and fit us in for a service straight away, we knew the car needed to have the struts looked at and possibly replaced and the team had the job down the next day just in time for our road trip up north. Absolute legends and best service we have received from any mechanic in town! We are definitely customers for life…Keep up the outstanding work guys, you are genuine, real, and so friendly - it was such a refreshing experience!
I had such a great experience here, after a run of bad ones elsewhere. Courtney was extremely communicative, accomodating but mostly the team overall did a great job. My wee car has never run so smoothly. Thanks, we will be back.
Silly me thought the reviews here were real, far from it. Rang them on a monday am to explain how we were here on holidays and leaving the area that day, had a rear diff issue on my 4wd and could they possibly fit in a quick diff fluid change some time that day or on our way back the following day, I would even purchase the oil of they didn't have any, "Nah, we're chockas for next two weeks, try the guy down the road".
