Trevor has always serviced my a/c for one of my homes in Centralia. Now I have him for my main home. I try to only deal with him. He is honest. Most the time reliable and very fair priced. And if he can't make a day or time he always called apologized and told me the reasons for the hold up. Trevor definitely is my go to for ac or heat
Trevor Cannon came and checked our ductwork, then took forever to give us a quote, then after we agreed on the price and a date and accepted his bill, he said "Let's cancel the work all together" after three months we have been waiting on him and hang up on me! - DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! Not professional at all. ...and did not want to answer our phone calls anymore.
I had an appointment scheduled for 4:30 and he didn't arrive until 9pm. He told me that he cleaned the unit and charged me 80 dollars. The next day it was worse I called someone else and they showed me that the unit wasn't clean and nothing had been done. I'm very disappointed in the service and I do not recommend Cannon. Call anybody else to have your issues resolved.
The tsunami that hit our town this past weekend left about 4 feet of standing water in our basement, & ended up frying the motherboard & blower on our furnace. Trevor & his crew responded quickly, & stated what we needed, & gave an estimate of when he could get the needed parts, & come back to fix it. I called him Tuesday afternoon & he had it repaired & running safely by Wednesday at 5pm! We couldn't have asked for better promptness or service, considering the circumstances. Thank You, Trevor!
I would like to extend my sincerest gratitude to Trevor Cannon of Cannon Heating and Cooling. Last night, my mother was working on diamond art when she noticed a repetitive clicking noise. Upon investigation, she discovered that the noise was emanating from the furnace, which was excessively hot. She contacted my brother, who advised her to shut off the breaker.
