Service is phenomenal. Found out the problem that I had took care of it. Cannon is the only people that I called to do. My heating or cooling attitude is fantastic. I have no complaints. Trevor has the best attitude. Professionalism is an A1.
Always does an amazing job for me
Trevor has always serviced my a/c for one of my homes in Centralia. Now I have him for my main home. I try to only deal with him. He is honest. Most the time reliable and very fair priced. And if he can't make a day or time he always called apologized and told me the reasons for the hold up. Trevor definitely is my go to for ac or heat
Trevor Cannon came and checked our ductwork, then took forever to give us a quote, then after we agreed on the price and a date and accepted his bill, he said "Let's cancel the work all together" after three months we have been waiting on him and hang up on me! - DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! Not professional at all. ...and did not want to answer our phone calls anymore.
I had an appointment scheduled for 4:30 and he didn't arrive until 9pm. He told me that he cleaned the unit and charged me 80 dollars. The next day it was worse I called someone else and they showed me that the unit wasn't clean and nothing had been done. I'm very disappointed in the service and I do not recommend Cannon. Call anybody else to have your issues resolved.
