If I could give a ZERO I would. Pool opening was a complete disaster. Service tech never let us know he was here, left without getting the heater running, pool has a leak and was never told until I called to complain about the mess & the heater. Ordered parts without homeowner approval. Did not scrub the tiles of the pool as promised. Left tracks of mud and debris on the travertine tiles. I love it here always helpful with everything u need to get your pool running.
Have been using Cannonball for opening and closing of our pool for more than 10 years, as well as having them do weekly maintenance for more than 5 years. Pool has never looked better and they are very attentive to all our requests. Deanna takes the time to get to know the customers and our pools and, for us, remembers small details, which make all the difference. Highly recommend Cannonball to anyone looking for a pool, or new pool company! 5 for Cannonball and if I could give more than 5 for Deanna, I would!!
