Ken approached me in a crowded Publix and got in my face acting like he wanted to fight in front of our kids and threatened me over being late because he had issues with his zelle account on a monthly payment after being paid for months on end on time. Be aware this is how this guy runs his business.
Ken has been great! He is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He provides a detailed list of what he does each weak and leaves the pool spotless and the area as clean as when he arrived.
Extremely reliable, quality pool service. Proactive, friendly and helpful with providing advise and addressing any concerns. We have been customers for over 5 years now. We wish all home maintenance services were done the way Cannonball does it. Highly recommend!!
