Dr. Passes is amazing! It's wonderful when a doctor is not only is knowledgeable but also takes the time to explain things clearly and provide comfort during stressful situations. He makes you feel like you're his only appointment that day, which is a testament to his dedication. All the staff are just as incredible! The ONLY reason I didnt give a 5 star review is because they are on the pricier side however we're so happy we switched.
As always our vet appointment went great. The Vet and Staff are always all so kind and helpful when I call or when we come in. My dog was a bit uncooperative and excited at her last appointment so they couldn't get her nail trim done with her vaccinations but I was given an rx to calm her and try to do it myself at home. I was able to give her the meds that night to relax her and was able to trim her nails at home. I would highly recommend Cannon Valley Veterinary Clinic.
