I purchased a car from them late July 2025. Within the first two weeks the car was making a noise. I took it back to them. They kept it about two weeks. I got the phone call saying it was ready. I go to pick it up and was told by a service man that they're waiting on a part for my steering wheel and when it comes in I can bring it back and they'll pop it right in. I purchased a 2024 392 Dodge Charger scat pak almost a year ago, and it's been cutting off for about 3 days this week. Took it to Cannon and it was the battery, they are saying it's going to be over $700 for a battery when i just purchased this vehicle. This is ridiculous and something needs to be done
Michael McCoy was a pleasure to deal with. I had to work so I didn't have time to go up there and sit and wait for the process to be completed. I went after work and we were done by 6. He turned me onto a beautiful car that I am so excited about. If you want a car you should go see Michael!
