Terrible customer service. My keypad basically fell apart. I had to pay over $200 to have a locksmith open my safe. Then I waited over a month for them to send replacement parts. Received them and there was no packing in the box so the hardware scratched the heck out of the new keypad. The adapter brackets holes were off and the screws were too short. Did a job for them 3 months ago still have not been paid. Scammer company do not do work for them! They don't pay their bills!!
By all means DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS , as a contractor or a family member looking to purchase a safe . This place is ran by a scammer named Javier who makes a sub par product and as seen by other reviews denies claims for his poorly made safes and denies money owed to him by locksmiths who open these safes . He has a creep names joe make the call then they simply never pay . These safes are pot metal junk . If you're in the Market for a safe you'll be wanting a tnt/ liberty safe
As a contractor that Cannon called to open a brand new safe which had completed failed ( bolt work not operating AND lock completely failed ) I went out and opened the safe for the company now in regards to getting paid they're giving me the runaround and telling me "we'll have to reevaluate what we're going to do " Low quality from stem to Stern. Go check out liberty safes , much better quality
