Cannon Pharmacy in Concord, NC acts like one parking space is a big deal!! I guess If I was a different "Color" my car which was wrecked last night could take up a space for one DAY!!! #TIREDOFTHEBS
Their delivery service is HORRIBLE and going into the Pharmacy is no better I called in 5 prescriptions and left a message with them that I would pick them up so they are out for delivery (shanking my head) and they should be delivered by 7:00pm if not I have to wait till tomorrow I have had to call them every month for the last 6 months and they can't seem to get it right.!?EVER Going into the Pharmacy is so CHAOTIC I have no idea how they are still in Business I have even spoken to the Pharmacy Manager I feel it's a lost c... read more
Cannon is the Pharmacy for me. If somethings not right they make it right for me. I plan on sticking with Cannon. Love most of the help there. Great place to do business.
Being that I'm not originally from North Carolina- id obviously never heard of Cannon Pharmacy--- so I did what other ppl do for their prescriptions, and went to Wal-Mart. Never ever again...I've been w Cannon over a year now and to say that they go the extra mile...that's an under statement. Always pleasant but not just great customer survice- I dont have healthcare or prescription coverage- they've educated me so much about Prescription Support programs- and im finally able to get the meds I require everyday! We have been using Cannon Pharmacy for a while now. We recently came in to purchase something for our new daughter, but there was an issue with our insurance that made it so that they could not bill our insurance. Instead of making us pay out of pocket until the insurance could be ironed out they gave us the medicine up front said they will work out the insurance on the back end.
