Mechanic shop is unprofessional. It seems like none of them have a sense of urgency at all. It shouldn't have to take 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I didn't feel any type of warm welcome.

Mechanic shop is unprofessional. Ashley loves to argue with you as if she’s paid to do so. She has a really smart mouth. She has no sense of urgency at all. She also doesn’t honor her promises. The driver side door was scraped in their care. Will never purchase another car from Cannons ever again in my life.
