A close family member has had an incredibly difficult time trying to get her disability benefits reinstated. She was originally found disabled in 2007 and received SSI and SSDI for years. Her benefits were terminated in 2019 because she didn’t know she was required to report her income each month, which resulted in a $1,700 SSI overpayment. It looks like clients have been very happy with the service and results here. I requested a call back for that reason - good reviews. I got a call a few days later, answered a lot of questions, submitted everything they asked for and waited.... 2 weeks went by. I emailed and called and left a message. No reply. 30 days... same thing. At 45-ish days I emailed again asking them to please destroy my file (I gave them a lot of confidential info) if they were not interested in representing me in my disability case.
