I was told my motorbike would be repaired before 5:00 PM, but I didn't get a call until around 5:30 PM. By then, I had already gone to the gym because I was expecting it to be finished earlier. What made me uncomfortable was being pressured to pay $260 in cash. Since I didn't have enough cash with me, I was asked to get into their car and go to 7-Eleven to withdraw money. On a Sunday my car began shaking and causing issues while driving. I called Amrit who sent Paul to come assess my car and promptly and transparently told me the issue and we made a plan moving forward. He came back the next morning after sourcing the parts needed and fit them in.
