Rudest receptionist ever! No empathy zero nada!
Abit slow but there great doctors who look after you
Wonderful Doctor she's very caring and kind and then when you book the appointment over the phone or go to reception you are greeted by the most unprofessional, unpleasant, rude receptionist. This the older Caucasian lady who is short with people, condescending and thinks its OK to talk badly about other patients especially if they have had an issue with their payments.
