Worst. Receptionist, they hung up on me 3 times as I had a sore throat and could hardly speak, so they booked mee a telephone conference call, then an hour later cancelled it. When I called again they rebooked it. Doctor never called me at allocated time, waited an hour. I had to call them again to be told doctor was now busy. I had then try and book in with another clinic. Shocking service and attitude. Will never use them again ever
Understandable I had to wait outside as I head flue symptoms. Confirmed in my pre appointment call. And then arrival call, and then another call 40mins later saying I’m the next patient as the doctor has been busy and had to do a final call at almost an hour to be told that I was marked as attended my appointment. Not the best experience waiting outside with no apologies just offer to book me on for the next day.
Friendly staff, good overall experience.
Had good experience with Dr Wimal. Will definitely visit them again.
