My last visit to this clinic was almost the last doctor appointment I ever made. I attended after a suicide attempt and was looking for assistance with managing the new medication I was put on. Instead I was belittled and made to feel like it was my fault the hospital never sent the discharge summary. I was sent home in a suicidal crisis made worse by this clinic. I wish I could give zero star to the rude receptionist lady with zero manners and very rude behaviour. Very non professional and poor phone etiquettes.... She shdnt be at a place where people rang who are already going through physical and mentally stress .
