I purchased the sockeye salmon and the qualtiy wasn't giving sockeye salmon at all. Usually when I bake the salmon the skin gets crispy but the skin on this fish became gummy and chewy ewww. I should have known to be cautious because of the price and the size of the pieces. With as many pieces that came in the package the price should have been maybe $15 to $20 range not $6.99. Thanks anyway!
Bought at a grocery store in wisconsin. We don't get a lot of wild sockeye salmon here. I thought it was a good price and the quality was good. The pieces were a little odd shape but it's for my husband and I
Paid $14.00 for a pound of their Pacific Cod, it was terrible - tough membrane, pumped up with water or brine, and the texture is bad.
If you like halibut, try this brand. It’s sold at uwajimaya. Frozen 5 ounce portion. Very mild taste, tender, moist. Best I’ve ever sampled.
Excellent Swordfish in the frozen section of my local grocery.
