Lied on phone just want to push for most expensive procedures
This was my first time at Cannon Crossroads and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The hygienist, Megan Foster, was very personable and very thorough. She explained everything as she went along. Dr. Boyd was very pleasant and personable as well. They both made me feel very comfortable. 8/2/23 UPDATE: Had my 6th month check up today. I had a wonderful experience as a first time patient with Cannon Crossroads. I have had bad experiences and have anxiety when it comes to the dentist. This was the first time leaving a dental visit with a heavy feeling. The assistant Jennifer was so warm and welcoming. She really made me relaxed and gave such a friendly feeling. She let me know the costs of things before I even had a chance to ask and reassuring my understanding of things.
