DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL We had carpet laid almost a year ago in our entire house. 5 rooms with carpet. It started falling apart within months, and we noticed that it was *NOT* what we ordered! You can feel the carpet backing through the carpet. It is very very cheaply made, and we did NOT order the least expensive carpet. Plus it is now coming up and the thresholds they put down NEVER held. It took WEEKS of calling to finally get a call back - when we did, it took ANOTHER 2 weeks for them to send someone out to us to look at... read more

Brought wrong carpet, lied and told us this is what we ordered, then installed half of it with spray glue, all coming loose after pressing it down for entire day and night. Paid too much for good carpet only to be told it's not available anymore and they won't fix or bring us correct kind. (brought swatch to store to compare with what we ordered)
