Yakutat is the best place on earth
Great place on a sunny day. Miles of beach and shelters if it is raining. Also has toilet facilities, this is important. Surf classes happen here, I am told. The old WW II tank and cannon give some glimpses of history and how quickly things change. Lots of strawberry plants, so I suspect there are lots of strawberries when they fruit. Saw a family of stotes while there.
An incredibly beautiful place
Well it was pretty wet and rainy when I visited but that's kinda the deal in a rain forest.
