Shame there is no option for ZERO stars. I called today after calling more than once with NIL answer than when I did get an answer after speaking with another vet on the urgency of my birds needs but my vet not being available today I inform this person its an emergency and explain the issue. The response I recieved is absolutley disgusting and incentive to any PET owner "If his still breathing I'll put you on hold now" 🤬🤬🤬 ..
