I feel like sharing my experience with this CPA servicing company. The 2023 tax season with Cannon was a disappointment. As they were understaffed for this tax season, many of the clients taxes were filed via extensions. I was contacted from Cannons admin requesting my documentation needed to be uploaded by 5/15/23 which it was. Then I was contacted on 6/5/23 from Chelsi Baker (CPA working for Cannon) for additional documentation. I submitted exactly what she asked for...
