If zero stars was an option, that’s what Cannon Appliance deserves. My experience with them began in September of 2023 when I first moved into my townhouse and discovered my dishwasher was partially broken. My landlord gave me Cannon Appliance’s number to get it fixed. I called and the next day they sent over someone to take a look. The technician said that they would need to order the part to get it fixed and would reach out to schedule an appointment. So far, so good. On time and profit
Yvette scheduled my appointment and was very understanding. Tom was able to diagnose what he thought was the problem with my ailing refrigerator over the phone and he ordered the parts. On the day of our appointment he handled the problem efficiently and I couldn't be happier. Excellent service, knowledgeable and friendly!
