Absolutely unprofessional, communication is literally inexistent I have to keep tabs with the insurance company and making sure they're on the same page with my doctors. I certainly don't feel like a client; it's as if I'm doing all the work for myself. They don't make you feel secure as a client I can attach emails of where it's like I'm harassing them just to receive information or making sure things are okay.
