Never got appointment. Keep referring to chemist
They can’t complete a simply admin task. Two receptionist at the front who when you ask them a question redirect everything to Gemma. “You need to call Gemma” “You need to speak to Gemma”. “She’s in on Tuesday” Why are they employed? They don’t try to understand your situation, let you finish speaking or listen to what you’re asking them to do. Not helpful at all. They just want to push everything to her - poor Gemma. Definitely need better front of house receptionist.
Absolute shambles of a GP surgery, staff rude and unhelpful, no duty of care to patients, thank god we are getting out and moving elsewhere, numerous complaints too many to list and incompetent staff!
