Went here for a x ray today! What a pleasant experience, clean building, pleasant staff...plus it's a doddle to park your car! Altogether different experience from the chaotic New Cross.

I came into the hospital Friday for a test for my cataracts. I have two black eyes. They are the result of a fall into my daughter’s hall wall. I tripped over a cable and smashed my nose into the wall. I went for my first test with a lovely nurse named Joe. Who kindly brought up the question, had I been abused. She was very sensitive. I assured he no, I was not abused in any way. But I am so glad that nurses do ask these sensitive question. Because abuse does go on. So thank you Jo and all other nurses that check. I have always found the staff friendly, and very empathetic to your requirements, from the receptionists to the medical staff I would like to thank you for such a nice experience not just today, but on other visits I've made to yourselves.
