Great after hours GP. Warm and welcoming. Excellent Doctor, came highly recommended and gave me the right treatment needed. Would definitely recommend this practice.
Terrible experience, booked an appointment for my doctor to seek a referral due to some health issues however the doctor did not want to provide the referral stating I had to go to a regular gp. I explained this was the gp we regularly attended as I worked during the day and was unable to attend others. The doctor told me to google other General practices in the area. Poor form from the doctor if he is a general practitioner then why was he unable to help, there was no explanation provided and became hostile when questioned.
Service was ok, booked online which was easy I think there is alot of reviews expect to be seen right away of there booking time but may have to wait as there is already queue based what I notice visit yesturday night, people should have some patience and understanding if this occurs.
Absolutely pathetic service! We waited over 70 minutes to see the GP while multiple patients who arrived after us were seen first. We ended up being the last patients called, with no explanation or apology. Delays can happen, but the complete lack of communication and consideration for patients’ time is unacceptable. Very disappointing and an absolutely outrageous experience!
Worse experience ever at this gp practice the male doctor Richard Obadua here during the afternoon is disgusting horrible and aggressive first time experience a doctor swearing because we ask for a particular peel and he was offended and swear back about this particular peel we got recommended and in an angry tone he say is bullsh…. And rubbish this awful behaviour all because I asked to be prescribed a particular peel and he also said more to us that I can’t say here … this is not a real doctor behaviour at all ….
