If these jokers spent half as much time on the practice as they do replying and denying legitimate complaints they'd probably be better Off. Came here for an appointment to lights off and no note on the door.
Rang phone three times, it rang for over 60 times with no one picking up or calling back. Absolutely appalling customer service and care. Would not recommend. Edit. Horrible customer support that will not own up to their mistakes. I called 7:06 7:07 pm Friday 11th April, explain how you are not open from 7-9pm like you say?

I wouldn’t even give a star if i could. Had a 8pm appointment with Dr Fola Bello. Rang the front desk lady for an appointment about mental health condition and requires medical certificate and she answered with “Yes we can do that” Arrived there at 7:55pm as appointment time was 8pm and still had to wait for 30 minutes. After we have seen the doctor, and explained to him the situation, he told us to go see a “daytime doctor” as he is unable to perform any medical support.
