I have never had a problem seeing Dr Ranika and she has been my family Dr for years. As I was not able to see her today, I made a phone call appointment (via a call centre system) and was offered to see Dr Sepideh, but I am very disappointed and frustrated that I was not able to take my daughter in because Dr Sepideh took very long with one patient (over 40 minutes). I have been seeing Dr Ranika for 12 years never had any problem with another clinics but here receptionist is so rude I booked an appt and called mitti to change it to telephone but didn’t get any call from anyone next day I called spoke to her she said I have to pay because i didn’t attend I told her I have not got any call and asked if they have any record that dr called me she said and replied back to me that I might have deleted call from my phone wow what a great receptionist may be need more training.
