The reception staffs except a few are bit rude. Not at all helpful.

I have been seeing Dr Ranika for 12 years never had any problem with another clinics but here receptionist is so rude I booked an appt and called mitti to change it to telephone but didn’t get any call from anyone next day I called spoke to her she said I have to pay because i didn’t attend I told her I have not got any call and asked if they have any record that dr called me she said and replied back to me that I might have deleted call from my phone wow what a great receptionist may be need more training. Never had a problem with any Dr at this practice until I saw Dr Sepideh. Very rude and did not take my pain management seriously.. she looks down on people that are not her own race.. I would nver ever book with her..
