Used to be a great store with friendly staff and good cross section of products. NOT NOW. Overpriced, limited product range and no customer service. Tried to discuss several purchase issues and they don’t want to know you. Seem to cater to the industry but if you’re small fry they barely look at you and hike the prices. $$$$$. Do yourself a favour. Shop somewhere else.

Takes absolute courage and a very good operator to listen to customer feedback and take action on it. John listened, empathasised and went the extra mile to understand whether I had the right lawn mower. In the end, we swapped it out for a smaller one and it worked out very well. Have been going to Cannings , both for purchasing equipment and service. Have been dealing with Clint mainly. Have experienced outstanding advice and service and 100% satisfied. Cannot give them a higher rating.
Old, much neglected but loved McCulloch needed service. thought Cannings know their stuff so entrusted it. Bit worried being treated like second class citizen non Stihl owner but got it back looking better than new. Many thanks. Real pros
