Very happy with the experience. I brought my dog for dental clean. Darcy has separation anxiety and doesn't like staying in the cage, but surprisingly he was very comfortable there. Staff are very lovely and attentive. Procedure was very efficient, we checked in at 9am and Darcy was awake and ready to go at 12noon. Highly recommended.
I've owned pets for years, so I've seen enough vet waiting rooms to qualify for frequent flyer points. After all those visits, I can honestly say Dr. Ram is the best vet I've ever met. I'm convinced he speaks fluent dog, cat... and "worried pet owner." Dr. Ram is the kind of vet every pet deserves. Today I took my Maltese Shihtzu Kenya10 and a half to get her teeth scaled and clean i was a bit worried due to her age they done a blood test and put a coat over her teeth I was very happy with the welcome I got at the reception Thankyou Geraldine
Terrible experience I had when I came with my dog, very rude and condescending staff and veterinarian. Please do not bother coming here, instead visit a proper, non money hungry clinic.
I found all the staff extremely friendly and polite. Dr Wang and Dr Ram are very caring. It's very obvious that they just love animals and enjoy their work. I highly recommend this vet. We will be sticking this vet even though we drive up from Rockingham area.
